What are the important assumtions about the nature of projects that present important challenges for how they are managed?
Do you have a sense that projects, and how they are being managed, are not as they could or should be? Perhaps you've experienced a project that ran over budget or completed late? Maybe the completed project was not received and welcomed as you expected?
We want to look at how projects are really undertaken in organisations. What are the possible misunderstandings and assumptions that can capsize good intentions and what problems arise.
